RCM is available through the Microsoft Store. When you use Microsoft Word 2016, including the cloud version Word 365, you can also use RCM (RefWorks Citation Manager). Microsoft Word 2016 or higher: RefWorks Citation Manager EUR-employees can download Write-N-Cite from the Software Centre Mac-users can check this box for more information. You can download the add-in from your ProQuest RefWorks account under Tools > Tools > Cite in Microsoft Word or from your RefWorks Legacy account under Tools > Write-N-Cite. On your own computer or laptop, you have to install this part of RefWorks separately. In Microsoft Word 20, you can use the add-in Write-N-Cite. To create a paper with in-text citations or footnotes while you write, you have to install an extra tool. Which one of the available tools you use depends on the program you use to write.
